In last place is Internet Explorer. Has very little to customize and is enormously slow.
In 4th place is Safari. Fast, but not on Windows, and also no way to customize.
In 3rd place is Google Chrome. Very fast, but just not very user friendly. Also not customizable.
In 2nd place is Mozilla Firefox. Also very fast, supports all OS, an absolutely VAST amount of ways to customize it, and is free!
In first place is Opera 9.5. It is blisteringly fast, highly customizable. OS Friendly. Free and has built in mail.
